I am trying to create an HTML Fragment for my store to add a sign-up form for my email list.

I am trying to add a embedded form for a MailChimp email sign up form onto my homepage. I read that I need to add this through a HTML Fragment through my shopfiy theme but I can't work out how to do this. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I did find that weblink, but it just says to add to shopify store which is the part I don't know how to do. 

I have the code from MailChimp but I don't now know how to add it to my website.
