Integrating Stripe + using their API

I want to integrate Stripe into my website but with some custom logic which, if it was a normal website, would require backend coding and it'd be possible. I've found out that the Stripe API allows me to do what I want to. But, how can I get access to it from shopify platform and being limited in what I'm able to do and have access to.

Note that I need a custom solution which I want to customize myself in a way I wish, I don't want third-party solutions offering Stripe for Shopify.
