Irregular API Expiration of Authorization

Dear Shopify Officials:

Recently we meet a problem which brings huge inconvenienct to our customers.  The problem is as follows.

In the very beginning, our customers install our fondmart app from shopify app store and grant authorization.

After that, we get an access token to build a connection between FondMart and cumtomer's shopify store. 

But a period later, we get a message "Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)" when we try to get product information from our customer's shopify store.

It's really confused, because our customer  said they haven't do anything like change password or other things that will make the autorization expires.

Hey @reaikeji 

Thanks for getting in touch regarding this one! By any chance do have an example request_id from when you make the request for the product information from the customers store?
