I'm having the same issue - I've done my endpoints, so I shouldn't need to subscribe, however I'm not receiving any webhooks when I test. We are updating our Payment App to be ready for the changes from Hosted Payment SDK. I'm happy to get our merchant onboarding team to subscribe merchants using GraphQL, however I don't want to send them on the wrong path if its not needed. Please let me know if you need any more info
