New 3PL integration

Hi, we received an email from our new 3PL partner requesting the below:

Do you have an example of your data exports that you would send to some of the suppliers? Just so I can see formatting/setup of it and work out how we can structure ours. 

How can I assist them with this information? I'm not sure how to send them any data exports or even where to find that, could I get some help with this?
