Online store app integration

Hello,

i'm tryng to figure out is there a way to integrate Shopify app in the Online store just like there is integration with Shopify POS app?

When configuring shopify online store all i see is design related options but no options to e.g. embedd app buttons.

im developing my own public app on Shopify and i've created dummy Shopify merchant that has online store.

So i'm looking for a way to integrate my app into any merchants online store in some way.
