I'm having an issue with the connection between Shopify and Zoho. We are using Zoho for invoicing mostly.
Normally, with the connection between the 2, Shopify is pushing through Zoho all the orders. Based on the email address, it can be directly linked to an existing client in Zoho.
Recently, more & more orders made in Shopify are not being transferred.
In Zoho Analytics, under the shopping cart integration, it seems that all those orders failed to sync because an item "given in the sales order does not exist."
-> That item exists on both platforms, same name & same SKU & the products from Shopify are suppose to be pushed through Zoho as well anyway..
Do you have any idea what can be the reason?
