Orders not coming through linnworks

You're going to have to explain more specifically what the issue is you're referring to. Are you using our orders api endpoint? Are you receiving a particular error message?

I intergrated shopify into linnworks with the API key and password. But I cannot see the order that came on shopify on linnworks .
