Payment error email notification Template

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having the trouble in the "Payment error" email template. I have customized it but the Liquid variables given to use for the template are not fetching the information and so I am not able to the output. For example if I have added 

Dear {{ shipping_address.first_name }},

The output I receive is :

Dear ,

So, for {{ shipping_address.first_name }} , Output is not shown. 

Can you help with this issue, How Can I resolve this?
