Payments app not showing in settings

Hi all,

I am trying to test a new payments app.

When I click install app (development store), my app gets the OAuth calls as per https://shopify.dev/apps/payments/onboarding-a-merchant-payments-apps which are handled.

However when I go to the development store admin -> payments -> alternative payment methods, my new app is not displayed.

From the partner portal -> stores, I can see the app as installed on the bottom right.

Happy to provide further information if required.
