Polaris Data Table - Change Row Order Visually

Hello.  For our app we need the user to be able to reorder table rows graphically.  What we are visualizing is the user clicks on a "handle" on a row and drags it to a new position in the table.  It does not have to be implemented exactly like that, but mentioning it as a visual. 

The standard Polaris data table does not provide this functionality.  Has anyone built a table like this or have any resources?
