Within a month, we began to notice that the integration with Shopify sometimes does not update the stock, although our system works correctly. Yesterday we noticed that Shopify returns an Internal server error when trying to update the stock. This does not happen all the time, but it is critical for our system.

What is the reason could be for this behavior?
Thanks for raising this! Did you have an x-request-id from the request headers fo this failing request by chance? I'll be able to take a dig into the logs. Please let me know - thanks.
Hi @L_J_K ! Unfortunately it is no longer possible to check the x-request-id. I found out about that this ID could help after the request log became unavailable.
Was there a timestamp on these requests? Could help narrow it down.
