Post purchase extension - detection in confirmation page

Hi,

We are building a post-purchase extension for our app.

At the moment, we have a script tag that run in the confirmation page. What we would like to do is to update this script to have different logic if it is coming from the post-purchase page compared to directly coming from the payment page. Is there a official way to do that (e.g. detect if post-purchase extension run prior to confirmation page)?

PS: I have been looking at Shopify.checkout object. However, I don't seem to find anything in there to help with the detection.
