Private App Integration Question

Hi,

When creating a private app and asking for a Shop URL, my customer uses their own domain rather than the .myshopify.com, when doing a private app does it just use the .myshopify.com or the domain of the shop without the .myshopify.com?

Also, is it possible to do oAuth for private apps in the event more than one person is interested in it without being listed on the marketplace?
