Problem findind the order payment date in REST API

I'm having a problem trying to find the order payment date info in the REST API. I've read that the info is only available in the transactions and payouts API, but when I try to request I'm getting a 404 error. By research I've found that this error is occurring because the payouts API isn't available in my region (Brazil). Is there any solution to this problem? Is that a way I can access this info in the REST API?
