Refund payments

Hi guys,

Here is my problem. I am trying to integrate the refund endpoint of order management.

After i had completed the development work, I tried to test the endpoint.

But when i tried to refund the order from shopify admin, my refund endpoint didn't receive any refund request.

There are some informations in the refund page are dubious. It says it's a free order, and refund amount is 0.
