Remove subscription extension from the Shopify app

I am building an extension for subscription. I have registered that extension with Shopify dev app which has access to the Shopify subscription API. now I want to register another extension with some changes but it doesn't allow me to do so because Shopify allow only one extension per app. 

Does anyone know how can I remove extension from Shopify app? It would be great help.

Hi, I am facing the same issue.. I tried contacting partner support but it looks like they don't have the access to remove the extension for us.
