replacement to shopify generate billing

Hi,

I'm rebuilding my apps using app bridge 2.0 but after I've updated everything this side I notice that shopify generate billing is no longer supported in the cli

I can see the documentation for the graphql side of things but there are no code examples anywhere that I can find to replace what shopify generate billing did

Primarily I need to correctly implement recurring billing/subscriptions and deal with the redirect to the confirmation URL 

Can anyone help with some code samples as there doesn't appear to be anything in the code samples on Github either
