Send order_id as parameter to app on POS link

Hi everyone

We are building an embedded POS extension app with a POS link on the Order Completed page. Is it at all possible to create the link to pass that order's order_id as parameter to our app url as well as the shop name?

It is critical for our app to know for which order the link is used. Something like this:

www.appexample.com/app?hmac=123123&id=123123&locale=en&new_design_language=true&session=112233&shop=shopname.myshopify.com&orderid=123456

Also, is there a similar app link functionality on the Order Completed page for Shopify Online?
