Sending people to shopify cart from my own landing page

Hello there,

I'm looking to build a landing page for some of my more exclusive products, however I was hoping I could use Jquery or oven backend (php) code to build the customers cart and send them over to their cart on shopify so they can continue checkout there. Any ideas if this is possible?
