Hi there,
I am looking to develop an APP that will create custom shipping rates based on a spreadsheet. I currently access this spread sheet to show shipping rates on prouct pages. However, i am wondering if this is something that I will be able to do through the standard shopify basic plan ($29/month). I don't need to access a carrier or thrid party API, the app will just take product items, their sku, and the customer postcode and use this information to access a csv file that contains the correct rates.

I want to know if doing this is possible on the basic plan or if I will have to upgrade to a more expensive plan to modify shopify shipping rates before starting to develop the APP.
