Shopify API - HTTP Response 423

Greetings!

Trying to access my store's administrative dashboard in order to update some billing information and I cannot even access the admin dashboard. It only states "This shop is unavailable:" without any additional information. I've tried contacting Shopify support via phone number but was unsuccessful.

Sorry to hear you're having issues logging on. I'm not aware of any known issues that would've affected login at this time, if you're still having issues I recommend contacting our live support teams by phone or chat.

Did they really not help resolve this? I just got a 423 error message and I’m locked out. I will call now but this is reminding me of Etsy…there are sooo many e commerce platforms available to host our stores NOW that there is NO reason we should compromise on bad service with Shopify or any other provider. We are doing Shopify a FAVOR, not the other way around. The more we post our issues here, the more these reviews will show up on search results for Shopify and assist prospective business owners in making the right decision on choosing an e commerce platform.

It was sale of “licensed” or “copyrighted”items. I had disney-INSPIRED items in my shop and it got flagged. Had to take them all down. They were handmade, my best-sellers. Oh well.
