Shopify API is not working due to port 443: Connection refused

Due to some reason Shopify API is not working.  error message : Failed to connect to txxxxxxxxk.myshopify.com port 443: Connection refused

before some day ago it is working fine 

Also we are using custom app, private app and webhook. it is also stop working.

We are using admin/2020-07 and admin 2021-01 AI version.

please help me.
