Does the new payment app API (https://shopify.dev/beta/payments-apps) expose a RESTful interface or is integration with the API via GraphQL only?

hi, you got any progress on shopify payment gateway development? i stucked when looking at shopify paymrnt API. it seems like that Shopify has no interface to modify the order state after the order is completed.
