Shopify payments enabled in store, still getting shopify_payments_account_id null

I have sales channel app, i am able to create checkouts, and update checkouts with shipping rates etc. in checkout object i am getting shopify_payments_account_id null. Hey Muneeb,

It looks like there are some steps you're missing in order to be able to integrate Stripe with your Sales Channel.

As mentioned here, you must first Request payment processing via your App Setup screen in your Partner's Dashboard. Once you have done that, our Partner Specialists will review your application to ensure you meet all the criteria before enabling you to process payments with Stripe

We are having the same issue, but have Payment processing approved. 

What could we be doing wrong ?
