Shopify synchronization with market.yandex.ru

Hello,
I'm trying to synchronize market.yandex.ru inventory with shopify inventory. Market.yandex has only one way of synchronization: it send POST request and waiting POST request back. Can shopify manage this? Which tools I can use too cope with this?
By the way, I use python.
