Unable to Update Inventory Permissions on Public App (Flow.io)

We are trying to update inventory permissions for Flow.io in Shopify (read and write) but have been unable to do so in production, despite staging updating successfully. The needed permissions are embedded within the link below, which we used to update staging. (company name removed from URL)  For production, when we attempt to update the app using this URL (with the -staging removed) while the app is still installed, it appears to go through. However, the permissions we need do not get updated to read/write (inventory permissions). Here are screenshots of the staging and production environments. Flow connect is a public facing app.
