Understand how a store is billed and partner paid

I want a better understanding of how a stored is billed for App usage. Can someone confirm if the following app service charge and partner payout is correct?

If a store is billed $100 for app usage

2.9 is subtracted for 2.9% service charge

This means $97.10 is what's split between Shopify and the partner(app builder)

Shopify 20% = $19.42

Partnert 80% = $77.68
