Usage charges created for Shopify app but not available in Payouts section

We have a Shopify app with plan which creates Usage charge on some criteria. The Usage Charges are available in app logs but not added in Payouts.

What is happening is only one usage charge(firstly created charge) is available in payouts with the date July 18, 2021.

Payout

The usage charges created after July 18 are not available in Payouts. Also when I click on the Details of the Usage charge description, I am seeing the date on which the first usage charge was created.

Example: When I'm clicking on the below Usage Charge

its showing the details of the initially created Usage Charge. 

Why its not showing the clicked Usage Charge details?
