Using API to add a Javascript snippet upon Order Conversion

Google Customer reviews integration is asking me to include a JS snippet in Shopify Order conversions (order confirmation) page. 

Is it possible thru any Shopify API to include as we are managing many stores and need an automated way to include the javascript snippet in store order conversion page for all our clients
