We are providing the subscription app on Shopify. The app is expecting BillingAttempt webhook.
But, Shopify doesn't request webhook to our server over 20 times since 10th September.
Can we resend webhooks? Or, Could Shopify fix that?

We received an email from Shopify's CS team. That was Shopify's bug.
Also, We can share BillingAttempt ids for investigating.
