What is a "Locked" order?

I just received a new status I have not seen before. Anyone have any info on what this error code really means?

• Order ID: 1043268239435
• Trying to get order 1043268239435 and things are not quite right...Failed.
• Response code = 423. Response message = Locked.

Hi @HunkyBill,

I don't think that is a locked order, I believe it is a locked shop.  As far as I know there are no locked orders.

I took a brief look and your app is trying to access that order.id on 2 different shops (only exists on one obviously) and on the second one (where the order doesn't exist) you are getting the 423 locked error (which is valid as the shop is locked).  DM me if you need more info.

I checked into that and indeed upon closer inspection it is a locked shop! Wowza...

It means Shopify locked you out of their platform for breaking their rules? Did they send you a letter? Who knows... maybe you can get it unlocked by fixing the problem.
