Hi,

 

I am experiencing the same issue as it was reported in these previous discussions:

In particular, after installing the Shopify Chat App, webpages now show "(1)" at the beginning of their title, after the first notification is sent by the chat app. This is also affecting how the webpages appear in google SERPs.

 

@TyW do you have any suggestion on how to remove this from the title?

Here is there answer : 

This issue has been highlighted to our developers in the recent past - and thankfully they are currently working on shipping a fix that should prevent this from happening. That fix may take a few short days to resolve the issue fully - and we must also consider that Google may continue to display irrelevant (old) data for a few days before re-crawling a website and updating it's results in their search engine. But we still expect the badge (1) to disappear in the coming week.

It looks like it has been solved, at least from what I can see in the page title in the browser tab

 

I am just waiting for Google to do the recrawl as a final confirmation
