I get the above message when I try to connect to my domain.
I had the domain on the store previously, but then I closed the store, I opened it again. Please assist. I see that Shopify staff needs to be involved, and not sure how to contact them.

This error would typically indicate that the domain was used on a different Shopify store before and is still attached to that store, even if it is closed. This would prevent the domain from being added to your current store. This is something our support team can usually resolve from our end if you can prove that you now own the domain in question.
To contact them please visit our Help Center and enter in your question, after which you will see an option to get support. You'll then see the different options available in terms of contacting our support team, who will be able to authenticate you on the store and assist directly with the domain.
