Abandonded Cart Webhook not getting customer details

Hello

We are are not getting Customer ID / or Customer Details in our Shopify Application.

We are unable to understand the same why some order has the data, but maximum store don't have the data.

Please let us know. Is there any update ?

Don't have an answer for you, can only confirm I've seen others report the same thing in the Shopify Slack and Discord communities. People that have had these webhooks 'work' for years, and all of a sudden they experience what you describe.
