Abandoned cart app using SMS

Do any of you currently use an abandoned cart app that uses SMS to contact the user rather than email?

Is it something that has worked well for your store? would you recommend getting something like this?

SMS is a great way to recover abandoned carts because of 2 reasons:

1. You can have a 2-way conversation in real-time with the person helping them complete the purchase.

2. A gentle nudge to your customer 60 minutes and 24 hours post-abandonment works as a reminder to complete the purchase.
