Ability to test orders/paid webhook and other unapproved webhooks in local development environment o

Currently I can see no way in Remix to test unapproved webhooks in the remix app template before sending them to the store as the admin context returns undefined if you submit a test request with the shopify CLI webhook trigger function. I believe this is due to the Shopify CLI trigger containing a default shop name and as such the admin context cannot be defined and/or tested on the backend without the name of the dev store being passed through. I've tried using the dev store to create an actual order, however that doesn't work either. If you know of any other solutions they would be much appreciated!
