About Tracktor -order tracking app active status

I have a query as I can see a notification about Tracktor by ShopPad app status on the Shopify dashboard is showing as follows:

"The recurring application charge status for Tracktor by ShopPad was updated to expired.
24 June 2021, 12:00 BST"

I just wanted to know if anyone can help what does this mean and if this app is working properly & not expired? Please help with what should I do and if this is a concern as we want to keep using the app. I have attached a screenshot.

I tried to get in touch with theshoppad team at contact@theshoppad.com  before reaching out to Shopify. They pointed me in your direction for better understanding. I have attached their response. are you able to help me out on this? Do you think this is an issue?
