I understand you are having some trouble logging in to your store, I am sorry to hear about that.
You mentioned that it is not allowing you to access the store - are you seeing any error messages when you login? Also, did you receive any emails from Shopify with regards to your store that might explain if there are any on-going issues?
If you cannot login as you have forgotten your password, you can try resetting it. We have a handy video tutorial on this here. If you forgot your store URL, you can use this link here to enter your email address and have a reminder sent to you.
