activating SHIPMONDO

I got this message after installing the Shipmondo app, what's next step please ? 


"Installation partly completed

Order integration has been created or updated.
But it has not been possible to utilise Carrier Calculated Shipping which is necessary for shipment methods created in Shipmondo App. Contact Shopify customer service for activation, and then reinstall Shipmondo App."
