Add an external link to a Email Marketing campaign

I want to add a link to an external site - google Forms  - to an email marketing campaign.

To be clear this is under marketing->campaigns

I have added some images and a button and see how i can add a link to internal resources on my site but I do not know how to add a URL to an external site.
