Add Email Template Order Shipping Confirmation using Drip (Email Marketing Tool)

Hey Guys,
I want to add an email template to the order shipping confirmation. I'm using a drip email marketing tool. I'm new in this niche. Tried finding the solution but unfortunately couldn't. Can anyone help me with this? 
What's the way of changing the default email template and changing it to our desired template.
