Add more access scopes to already existing app

Hello,

I have my application already installed - now I would like to add 4 scopes to it:

read_all_orders,read_orders,write_orders,unauthenticated_read_customers

without need to uninstall and install the application - this is very important to me.
Unfortunately scopes can not be added via /admin/request_granular_access_scopes.json endpoint,

How can I do archive it?
