Add to Order Email Upsell

I'm looking for an app that integrates with Shopify to amend an existing order with upsells offered via email (preferably Klaviyo). We have used trip wire apps that prompt recommended products during checkout. I'm looking for something that follows up shortly after as a last chance, time-sensitive offer and reminder to grab those products and add to their existing order.

Amending the existing order in Shopify via email is the key goal here; not within the checkout process or an additional upsell/cross-sell email to create a new order.
