Adding a second email address to bcc order confirmations

Hi all, 

My shop isn't a typical ecommerce site, it's more of an supply order fulfillment site for our laboratory customers. We have customers who have field techs placing orders and want to be notified when they do so. Is there a way to add a secondary email address to be automatically cc'd on order confirmations for certain accounts? I know it's a big ask. TYIA!
