Adding a variable extra fee based on weight to checkout

Hi, 

I am currently working on a Shopify store that sells wrapping materials in Italy. There is an additional tax (CONAI) that needs to be charged to the customer for each plastic item purchased, and this depends on the weight of the product times a specific coefficient that varies for each product type.

Is there any app that allows to achieve this?
