Admin API Configuration Page Returns "error loading data" when editing Admin API access scopes

I'm getting this error when trying to edit Admin API access scopes under https://admin.shopify.com/store/[ShopifyStore]/settings/apps/development/[StoreID]/configuration Any idea why this is breaking in Shopify?
I tried editing an existing development app and creating a new development app and I'm getting the same error.

I'm having the exact same problem and have been trying to get to the bottom of it

Looks like this was a bug on Shopify's end. It is working now without me changing anything.
