Admin of Business Manager Not Available

Hi everyone. I get this message when trying to reconnect Facebook and Instagram (which was already connected before, but randomly disconnected): You need admin access to the connected Facebook Business Manager to continue setting up. Contact the admin of the Business Manager to change permissions. Learn more about permissions.

Problem is, even the owner and admin of the associated Shopify account can't access this and is given the same message. Does anyone know a solution?
