Advanced Bundling App for Fill Your Fridge Offering

Hi.

I am working on a site for a client can could use some additional guidance regarding bundling app options.  I have included a mock-up pf what a single menu will look like.  This menu will essentially need to be a bundle.

This site will need to work like this:

A bunch of different menus, each with a specific delivery date. 

Each menu is composed of many individual items {some items will be available on multiple menus} and the visitor can add their desired quantities into the cart.  

This would all be relatively simple with collections and such BUT each menu needs to be its own bundle so that a delivery fee is applied to each individual menu AND the client can see how many orders of let's say spring salad a person ordered for Friday delivery and how many they ordered for the Sunday delivery.

Some of the exporting will be handled with a different app, but I would love some support as I Frankenstein this all together.
