Advertising Apps - Need Suggestions/Input

I've been using Shopify since May. I am looking for an app that will manage my Google shopping ads and/or Microsoft.  Neither should conflict with my current smart shopping campaigns.

Does anyone have any suggestions for Shopify apps that actually handle SHOPPING ads? Not interested in the dynamic text ads (I tried it and basically just threw away money). Also not interested in the Feed apps - while I am testing those out to see which one I end up keeping, I need something that will maintain my ads similar to smart shopping where I can just set my budget and hopefully the ROI.  If not a shopify app I'm definitely interested in a service if anyone has feedback on something they've used.

Also, I have had zero conversions from the Microsoft ads.  The Shopify direct app where you just set your budget and CPC -- has anyone actually had luck with that? I just keep getting notifications that my budget ran out and to increase my daily budget - but I have absolutely no sales from it so that seems silly unless it's proven that an increased budget will lead to conversions.

The best option is to use Google Smart Shopping, much better then any 3rd party campaign automation systems, if automation is what you want. However automation does not always perform better than having a specialist manage the account.
